Reviews: Mentors and aspirants may submit a review of one another after a completed session. Reviews are moderated before becoming publicly visible, to help maintain trust and quality across the platform.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies controlling access at the database level. We use industry-standard security practices, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest.
Account access is managed through Supabase Authentication, and supports signing in with email and password, Google Sign-In, or LinkedIn Sign-In. Email verification may be required before an account is activated, to help prevent fraud and unauthorized account creation. Password reset emails are also handled through our authentication provider when requested.
While we follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, no method of storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Currently, Abrovo does not process, store, or handle payment transactions. Payments are arranged directly between mentors and aspirants via UPI, PayPal, or Wise. We only store the mentor's payment link/UPI ID to facilitate this connection, and it is shared only with aspirants who have booked a session with that mentor. This may change in future platform updates.
We use trusted third-party service providers for services including authentication, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery, file storage, analytics, and other platform operations. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Only information a mentor intentionally publishes on their public profile (such as name, bio, country, LinkedIn URL, and photo) is visible to other users. Private information — including payment details, email address, and internal account information — is not made public, and is only shared where necessary to provide the service (for example, sharing a mentor's payment link with an aspirant who has booked a session). Aspirant contact details are only shared with the specific mentor they have requested a session with.
We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Abrovo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered mentors of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
